Job Scope:
- Assist Manager with implementation and application
- Conduct site surveys and administrate documentations for projects and submission of progress claim update
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, engineers and customers to seek clarification and understanding of technical requirements.
- Manage site Electrical and Cabling works
- Provide site & support services for systems testing & commissioning
- Project planning, scheduling and execution.
- Submission for relevant documents pertaining to site requirements.
- Ensure all project activities are performed productively and are in accordance to the specification and schedule, in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Responsible for site coordination and to make accurate, decisive and prompt decisions relating to work matters.
- Coordinate and establish good working relations with partners and internal team to ensure smooth operations and project implementation.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day management of the project, ensure that project is in progress within schedule, meet the deadlines and budget.
- Documentation of method statement and work procedure
- Monitor and report to office/ management of project progress vs baseline including issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Attend site meetings and inspections.
- In-charge for improving and revamp our safety aspects in terms of Risk Assessment and method statement.
Requirements
· Diploma / Degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or relevant background
· Min. 2-3 years of related field experience.
· Good interpersonal communication skill, innovative and result oriented
· Ability to work independently.
