Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations for all outlets
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Drive performance and sales levels improvements for all restaurants
- Implement practices and procedures and consistently review operational standards with the aim of always improving speed and service quality
- Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene policies are adhered to
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant F&B managerial experience
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Team player with good leadership and communication skills
- Able to strive in fast paced environment
