Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the business users to trouble shoot issues, understand requirements, and liaise with technical team on the development of required changes of the programs.
- Able to perform IT-related documentation (e.g. requirement document, functional specification, testing document, etc)
- Able to complete assigned tasks on time with quality, not just subject to issues.
- Able to do coordination task when needed.
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues on time and independently.
- Willing to support non-SAP systems when required, including (but not limited to) systems that has integration with SAP S/4 Hana
Skillset and qualification
- At least 8 years in SAP S/4Hana Functional (FICO) role inclusive of systems design, functional,
- configuration and user support experience,
- Understand and comprehend SAP S4/HANA landscape well, including connectivity with others SAP
- and non-SAP System.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Configuration setting in FI/CO/PS/MM/Fixed Asset
- especially in Institute of Higher Learning setting.
- Knowledge in SAP S/4Hana modules FM/GM/Cash Management/Treasury/SD, OpenText Vendor
- Invoice Management, SAP Concur and SAP Ariba will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in SAP S/4 Hana roles and authorisation (for both Fiori and GUI objects)
- Knowledge in SAP S/4 data transfer methods: IDOC, webservice
- Technical knowledge in SAP ABAP, Workflow and Fiori.
- Experience in Supporting of SAP system is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/computer Science or equivalent.
