Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Supervision:Lead, manage, and mentor a team to achieve business objectives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and legal requirements.
Coordinate resources, including staffing and materials, to meet deadlines.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving targets.
Experience in [industry-specific] operations is preferred.
