Roles:
- Manage project administrative tasks
- Update and maintain submission documents, and communicate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit monthly project progress claims, and ensure timely invoicing.
- Assist in sourcing materials
- Coordinate with external and internal departments, providing support and communication.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Good in MS Office
- Able to cope with constant email, documentation and coordination
