Job Responsibilities
- Oversees brand integrity, messaging, and strategy alignment across all stages in the marketing funnel and marketing campaigns.
- Brainstorm and manage overall digital marketing strategy to drive lead acquisition and increase online presence.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI goals.
- Liaise with digital media and identify opportunities for media coverage fit for the brands.
- Copywrite in English and transcreate (mainly Chinese to English) for content in different formats, tones and channels; work with relevant functions for assets suitable for content.
- Consistently conduct knowledge research, brainstorm for new ideas and track trending topics to develop interesting content.
- Work with internal stakeholders to optimise content and copy for advertisement considering keywords, business objectives and budget.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop product positioning and marketing direction for products; contribute to product naming.
- Manage corporate social media accounts such as Facebook, Wechat, Weibo, Red, Youtube, Instagram etc., including content development, posting, building following, community nurturing, social listening/ monitoring and responding to feedback, enquiries and comments, to increase brand awareness, engage customers, and gather insights.
- Update marketing materials, maintain content asset database and communicate regularly with regional marketing teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams internal stakeholders to and contribute to product positioning and marketing direction for products.
- Assist in other marketing events and activities, when required.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Languages or other related fields.
- Excellent grasp of English language and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese for translation preferred.
- Possesses knowledge and a keen interest in skin care and health and wellness products.
- Strong project management skills, comfortable to manage multiple stakeholders from cross-functional departments.
- Resourceful and able to work independently with initiatives.
- Active team player; positive attitude and a problem-solver.
