Production Day Supervisor (EVAL/EVOH)

• Working hours: 5-days (Mon to Fri) / 8 am to 4.30pm
• Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided near Jurong
• East MRT)
• Salary Range: S$ 4,500 - 6,000

Process Summary:

The Production Day Supervisor oversees EVAL Manufacturing site operations, ensuring safe and stable production. Responsibilities include process monitoring, maintenance planning, SOP updates, and training, reporting to the Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant operations, supporting shift supervisors and technicians in EVOH production.
• Monitor utility supply systems, control raw materials, and arrange waste disposal.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance, and collaborate with Maintenance Department on planning.
• Update SOPs, train process technicians, and lead safety initiatives (PPE, 5S, KY).
• Supervise and evaluate production personnel, ensuring compliance with HSEQ policy (ISO 9001, 14001, SS 651).

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Polymer/ Petrochemical Plant.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of chemical plant safety rules and processes.
• Experience with chemical plant equipment (distillation columns, heat exchangers, etc.) and utility supply equipment (cooling towers, air compressors, etc.).
• Familiarity with waste management systems.
