We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, organized, and have a proven track record in the communications industry. You'll navigate complex projects, inspire teams, and consistently deliver exceptional results for our clients across the APAC region. If you're a natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and has a passion for driving projects to success, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
- Project Process Oversight: Lead diverse communications around delivering projects including research report development, campaign execution, and new business pitch process management), developing project plans, timelines, and key cadence management. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on track. Communicate project status to stakeholders effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams and client partners, manage expectations, and ensure transparent communication.
- Process Optimization: Leverage your expertise in project management tools to streamline processes and maximize efficiency. Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements. Contribute to the development of the project management function.
- Active Engagement: Setup and join in all meetings related to projects under your management. Create and distribute regular meeting minutes for all meetings with key deliverables and responsible stakeholders. Proactively reengage all team members to assure timely completion of deliverables.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5 - 7 years overall work experience, with 2 - 4 years in project management within the communications industry
- Proven track record of managing complex projects
- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and results-driven
