Job Purpose

We are looking for team player to drive and spur innovation within the bank. You’ll work with business, support units and global markets to deliver ambitious innovation outcomes and provides thought-leadership to the bank. Innovation Accelerator

  • Collaborate with business & support groups to spark ambitious new product features & services
  • Drive these concepts through an accelerator program for validation and onto a pathway to production
  • Track the portfolio of products launched for benefit realization

Innovation Research

  • Conduct research to craft and deliver innovative products/solutions
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings to develop actionable insights
  • Perform extensive primary and secondary research to build a detailed understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends in banking and technology
  • Utilize research to identify new propositions and manage them as a portfolio of new ambitious innovations

Job Scope

  • Manage the internal accelerator program, collaborating with business and technology units as sponsors.
  • Develop and present compelling decks on innovation programs, including introductions, detailed structures, plans, and success reports.
  • Organize and participate in innovation mentorship and advisory, focusing on:
  • Business use cases based on industry trends and a deep understanding of the bank’s developments.
  • Innovation ambition, H3s and "WOW" factors (including user interface/user experience – UI/UX) for specific projects.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams for prototyping specific projects, employing ideation, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and other methodologies.
  • Conduct training and facilitate workshops using our innovation framework.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing innovation programs and projects, including accelerators, hackathons, etc.
  • Experience in the banking sector, coupled with expertise in innovation, research, delivering workshops, and program management.
  • Strong UI/UX guidance and delivery skills, with familiarity with wireframing and/or prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including basic formula manipulation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, encompassing diverse natures and scopes.
  • Self-motivation and a driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal structure.
  • Resourcefulness and willingness to quickly acquire new skills as needed.
  • Contract: One year/extendable
