Logistics Executive (Fleet Admin)

Gain City Logistics Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Vehicle’s Accident and Incident Reporting and Commercial Insurance
  • Coordinate vehicle inspection
  • Preparation of Monthly Diesel Report
  • Issuance of Purchase Orders for fleet management vendors
  • Maintain records of vehicles and drivers in Fleet Management System
  • Manage vehicle car tokens for all vehicles
  • Update Daily Diesel Fuel prices report
  • Administer de-registration of vehicle and other vehicle matters @ One Motoring
  • Perform the role of traffic controller during peak hours.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma in logistic/supply chain/business admin or its equivalent
  • Customer driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with the relevant education qualifications but no prior work experience is welcome to apply
