Job Description & Requirements

4. Safety Management:
- Enforce safety rules and conduct safety briefings.
- Keep the workshop clean and organized.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
5. Coordination:
- Work with other departments to prioritize repairs.
- Schedule regular maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Order parts and maintain supplier relationships.
6. Reporting:
- Keep records of repairs, maintenance, and equipment status.
- Prepare performance reports for management.
- Report any incidents or safety issues.
7. Improvement:
- Suggest ways to improve workshop processes.
- Introduce new methods to increase efficiency.
- Identify training needs for the team.
