We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The Follwing are the roles and responsiblity ,we are looking for this position.
- Handle the full end-to-end-recruitment process inclusive of onboarding and off-boarding (e.g. job posting, coordinate for interviews, preparation of offer letters, new hirers onboarding orientation, exit clearance)
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and resolving employee issues.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, manage employee benefits programs, and handle payroll-related queries
- Ensure that the company complies with all employment laws and maintain accurate employee records
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, attendance, and recruitment efficiency.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and assist with employee development initiatives.

- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Prepare HR reports and data analytics to support decision-making
- Required to assist and participate in all Company's events, workshops, training & etc.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
- Organizing and updating personnel files.
- Using payroll software (Info-Tech) to process payments and ensure records are updated accurately.
- Ensure that the company complies with all employment laws and maintain accurate employee records.
- Maintain good relation ship with employees and workers.
