Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Senior Regional Compliance Executive (Chemical Regulations):
Job Responsibilities
- Establish standardized safety and trade compliance registration procedures for all regional products.
- Use both internal and external benchmarking to drive continuous improvements in product safety, environmental, and trade compliance metrics.
- Regularly assess and update compliance processes to align with current and future regulatory requirements.
- Monitor compliance efforts and provide actionable solutions to manage risks and address compliance gaps.
- Work closely with country-level teams to ensure compliance efforts align with regional regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with and guide sales subsidiaries on regulatory procedures, best practices, and compliance strategies.
- Act as a central contact for safety and product compliance, liaising between internal teams and external regulatory agencies
- Mentor and train local product safety officers on compliance, safety procedures, and best practices.
- Lead the formulation and implementation of product compliance e-learning modules in collaboration with training teams.
- Ensure e-learning materials are up-to-date with current regulations and provide practical guidance.
- Continuously assess and update e-learning programs based on feedback and regulatory changes.
- Oversee complex safety and compliance projects, ensuring collaboration with cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records to support audits and regulatory submissions.
- Lead bi-annual or annual audits to ensure compliance across all product categories.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product safety, environmental, and trade compliance, particularly within Southeast Asia.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and regulations for product safety, environmental, and chemical compliance.
- Experience working with regulatory agencies, handling certifications, audits, and e-learning development.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 5,500 +AWS +VB (2 - 3 Months)
