HR Executive (Recruitment)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full cycle of in-house recruitment functions, including job posting, screening, conducting interviews, and making an offer to shortlisted candidates.
  • Conduct HR orientation and induction programs for new employees.
  • Apply for and renew foreign employees' work passes.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the HR work processes, workflow, policies, and procedures applicable to the Singapore labour market.
  • Assist in general administrative duties where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Min. 2–5 years of relevant recruitment experiences, preferably from EPC environment.
  • Prior experience handling direct employees is a must.
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act, MOM regulations, & practices.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
