Position: Social Marketing Specialist
Duration: Fixed term, until 29 April 2025
We are seeking a Social Marketing Specialist to manage our official social media handles and deliver impactful, creative social media campaigns. This role requires collaboration with various product marketing teams and the ability to lead social media agencies to build campaigns for key products. You will be responsible for tracking social media performance and managing user sentiment across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and elevate social media content.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create programs that drive business results.
- Lead agencies to execute social campaigns with creativity and innovation.
- Track social performance and monitor brand health in the social landscape.
- Work with global teams on user sentiment management and social listening.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices (e.g., YouTube, Twitter, Instagram).
- Campaign Management: Proven track record of developing and leading social media campaigns that drive business outcomes.
- Analytical Skills: Experience with social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize content strategies.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally across teams and regions.
- Agency Leadership: Ability to lead and coordinate with external social media agencies.
- Crisis Management: Experience in managing user sentiment, including handling negative feedback and crisis situations.
- Global Experience: Experience working in a global or regional role, understanding market nuances (especially in Japan, a plus).
