Roles & Responsibilties
- Assist in the preparation and management of project documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents expeditiously and efficiently.
- Facilitating the flow of communication to project team members.
- Monitoring of project and contractual deadlines as well as liaising with external parties including clients, consultants and sub-consultants.
- Provide administrative support to other departments when necessary.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required.
- Provide full secretarial service as per Project Contract Requirement
- Provide comprehensive and efficient administration and secretarial support
- Handling and monitoring project files including confidential files
- Monitors the movement of documentation based on tracking log, files and organises all the documentation for safe-keeping, storage and archiving based on the operating policies and procedures
