Roles & Responsibilties

  • Assist in the preparation and management of project documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents expeditiously and efficiently.
  • Facilitating the flow of communication to project team members.
  • Monitoring of project and contractual deadlines as well as liaising with external parties including clients, consultants and sub-consultants.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments when necessary.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Provide full secretarial service as per Project Contract Requirement
  • Provide comprehensive and efficient administration and secretarial support
  • Handling and monitoring project files including confidential files
  • Monitors the movement of documentation based on tracking log, files and organises all the documentation for safe-keeping, storage and archiving based on the operating policies and procedures
