Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage the various recruitment channels to source and hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs.
- Work with HR Shared Services on the end-to-end on/off-boarding process for new hires and resignees
- Provide HR Admin support as follows:
i) Work with the Uniform vendor to raise access for new hires and ensure uniform allocation is reflected correctly for the new hires
ii) Process the monthly allowance disbursement for students who are on a pre-service sponsorship programme
iii) Arrange pre-employment medical examinations for interns and process interns’ monthly allowance.
iv) Timely submission of funding claims to MOH
v) Maintain and update training records for all existing employees
vi) Ensure vaccination records are updated in the MOH system on a quarterly basis for MOH audits
vii) Co-ordinate logistics for monthly HOD meetings and Employee engagement sessions
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in human resources.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant HR working experience. Experience in large corporations and healthcare will be an added advantage.
- Possess interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently within assigned job scope.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
