Job Responsibilities:
- Review monthly financial statements and budgets and internal controls for the group of companies
- Engage in payroll operations including processing of payroll payment, computing and submission of CPF via internet
- Prepare payroll journals and post to ERP System
- Oversee finance operation
- Review project costing schedules
- Cash flow management
- Manage accounts and bank reconciliation for the group of companies
- Handle accounts receivables for the group of companies including preparing SOA and following up payment collection
- Manage intercompany billings and perform intercompany reconciliation
- Maintenance of fixed assets schedules including additions, disposals, depreciation
Job Requirements:
- Preferably Degree/Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years hands on experience
- Meticulous, independent and able to work within tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of FRS (Singapore Financial Reporting Standards) and finance processes
- Good knowledge of statutory working labor policies and regulations
- Well manner and high integrity
- Can Start immediately
- CPA in Singapore or still studying CPA
