Job Responsibilities:
- To handle sales of telecommunication products such as mobile phones, tablets, mobile-related accessories, and any other related services according to the Standard Operations Procedure with target
- To ensure all updated POS materials are displayed promptly
- To participate in roadshows, stock count, etc.
- To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- To manage issues that arise from customers (e.g. complaints, feedback, etc.)
- To maintain housekeeping and cleanliness within the outlet
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least “N” Level or equivalent in any field
- Must be willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holiday
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales-driven and customer service oriented
- Product training will be provided
- Responsibility and Accountability

- 5 days’ work week
- Working hours: 10.30am to 9.30pm/ 11am to 9pm
- Multiple work locations: Islandwide (High traffic shopping malls)
- Gross salary up to $3000 (Basic + Incentive + Commission + Overtime)
