Inside Sales Coordinator - Engineering Industry
Responsibilities:
- Be the backbone of the sales efforts by managing a select group of valued customers.
- Prepare sales quotations and price proposals.
- Take charge of purchase requisitions to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the sales team closely.
- Update and maintain essential sales data in SAP/CRM for accurate reporting.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to streamline sales-related tasks and enhance efficiency.
- Perform ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent business English skills that help you communicate effectively.
- Proficient in MS Platforms.
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales/support role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP.
- Commercial acumen with understanding of the sales process.
- Well-organized with good time management.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Due to quota restrictions, we can only consider local candidates (Singapore Citizens/ Singapore PR) with full working rights in Singapore.
