Key Responsibilities:
- SOP Review for Partner Onboarding:
- Assist in the administrative tasks involved in reviewing and updating SOPs for partner onboarding.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Partner Due Diligence:
- Support the due diligence process for new and existing partners.
- Gather and organize necessary documentation and information.
- Learning and Development Administration:
- Assist in the coordination and administration of L&D programs.
- Maintain records of training sessions and participant information.
- Monitoring of CPD hours for General Insurance (GI) and Collective Investment Scheme (CIS)
- Cross-Over Administrative Work:
- Provide administrative support across various departments as needed.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth operations.
