Step into a key role as a Finance Executive focusing on Accounts Receivable, where you'll play an essential part in managing billing and financial operations for a leading provider of security and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the invoicing process, ensuring all billing activities are well-coordinated across departments.
- Generate daily invoices for new customers and monthly invoices for recurring clients.
- Prepare and send Statements of Account (SOA) to customers in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain the customer database with accurate information.
- Reconcile daily e-payments and match them against individual invoices.
- Process Credit Card and GIRO applications, and coordinate with clients/banks for any failed deductions.
- Handle billing and payment queries via hotline, email, or internal transfers.
- Coordinate and resolve internal and external disputes related to account receivables.
- Support finance-related tasks and ad-hoc assignments as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 'N' / 'O' Levels or a Diploma in Business, Finance, or Accountancy.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
- Ready to start immediately or on short notice.
