1. Must be able to lead a group of Technicians and Take care of their safe working responsibilities.
2. Guide the subordinates to check and troubleshoot hydraulic systems onboard the vessels
3. Must have strong Knowledge of Hydraulic systems and able to read Hydraulic schematic drawings.
4. Hands-on experience with hydraulic motors, pumps, and their related systems.
5. Familiar with the steering gear systems, deck hydraulic Machinery, ballast and cargo remote control valve operating systems.
6. Able to handle the projects independently and must have knowledge about documentation, project costing, safety formalities etc.,
