Customer Relations Officer

Amazing Speech Therapy Pte. Ltd.

Job Responsibilities

  • Efficient and effective Scheduling/ Rostering of Sessions for all the Therapists.
  • Sales experience: Answering enquiries and converting to paying clients
  • Manage Walk-ins, Emails and Phone Enquiries.
  • Follow Up with Therapy Sessions
  • Finance Matters, Invoicing and receipts.
  • Managing of Therapy Materials
  • Coordinating and attending Weekly Meetings, taking minutes.
  • Organizing and categorizing of paperwork, documents and computer- based information.
  • Manage stocks inventory
  • Assisting in Event Management and organizing workshops/ seminars.
  • House Keeping making sure the cleanliness and upkeep of the Centre.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates need to have experience, efficient and effective in Scheduling/ Rostering of Sessions for all the Therapists.
  • Answering enquiries and converting to paying clients.
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Able to be independent to run the Centre/ Clinic.
