Job Description:
- Managing the design and coordination of a team of M&E coordinators, Engineers, and BIM modellers.
- Liaise with consultants on matters relating to all M&E works.
- Participate in technical meetings and site meetings.
- To assess and resolve any technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and M&E work with consultants and subcontractors
- On-site supervision of work progress
- Maintaining schedules and coordinating the work of subcontractors.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction related degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Highly motivated, independent, initiative and responsible.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
