Our client, an established logistics firm, is seeking for suitbale candidates to join the growing team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of order fulfilment e..g Process Order, Delivery Order
- Follow up closely on incoming shipments; ensure timely delivery of shipments
- Provide prompt updates to customers on shipments and answer any queries
- Liaise closely with internal and external parties to resolve any issues
- Other relevant duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec/ Diploma in Business or equivalent
- Some experience in order processing/ order fulfillment will be advantageous though not required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office preferred
