What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites/Forms solutions to meet evolving business requirements and user needs.
  • Integrate AEM with the existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless compatibility and performance in line with organisational requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including UI/UX designers, business analysts, and developers, to deliver robust AEM solutions that enhance user experience.
  • Build custom components, templates, workflows, and backend services within AEM, leveraging best practices to ensure maintainability, flexibility, and future scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance, security, and maintainability of AEM applications.

What we are looking for

We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team.

  • Hands-on knowledge and proven experience with AEM Sites and Forms, covering end-to-end web application development life cycle, which includes implementation, troubleshooting, performance tuning of web applications.
  • Technically competent in one or more of the following languages, tools and technologies:
    i. Apache Felix, Apache Sling, Apache Jackrabbit, CRXDE, etc
    ii. Java/J2EE, Sling, JUnit
    iii. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    iv. Visual Studio Code IDE, GitHub
  • Knowledge of the following tools will be advantageous:
    i. Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics
    ii. SEO and Web Accessibility tools such as SEMrush, SiteImprove, etc
    iii. Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with Agile Delivery Methodology.
  • Strong knowledge of coding patterns and best practices to design and develop high-quality code.
  • Experience in pair programming, code reviews and testing.
  • Ability to gather user requirements and translate them to technical specifications.
  • Experience in project and third-party vendor management.
  • Good experience in building secure and resilient internet applications will be advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.

Position is on 2-year full time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with potential for emplacement into permanent position.
