- Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and collaboration on programs and policies
- Lead Site Managers and/or Team Leaders on effective productivity practices to achieve top and bottom-line targets
- Motivate and drive the team to deliver results and maximize their potential
- Guide training initiatives such as cash handling, inventory management, camera setting and salesmanship
- Maintain strong relations with Attraction Business Partners, addressing any issues or concerns
- Report on the business using reporting and existing systems
- Recommend pricing by reviewing sales activities; determining additional needed sales promotions and studying trends
- Coordinate and organize the team’s schedules
- Manage the performance of the sites through evaluations, performance and talent management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4 years retail / sales experience
- Knowledge in excel, good understanding of numbers and reporting requirements
- Excellent communication both written and oral
- Min. 2 years of leadership experience
- Enthusiasm and passion for people
- Have a positive, can-do attitude
- Be willing to lead by example in both sales and photo capture
- Required to work on weekends and public holiday
- Comfortable working in outdoor environment and standing throughout the shift
