Responsibilities:
Responsible for the smooth and efficient delivery of HR Operations and ensuring consistency and accuracy of the processes, systems and data. Perform a variety of human resources, personnel and administrative tasks including but not limited to:-
- Management and development of recruitment channels, as well as the recruitment for regular positions. Support in the entire recruitment & selection process from posting vacancies; shortlisting applicants, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and preparation of Contracts.
- Conduct interviews for job description development, draft the initial job description, organize for approval, and design a performance system based on the job description, as well as carry out other related tasks.
- Responsible for work pass applications from submission, tracking and arranging appointments with MOM.
- Responsible for the employee lifecycle HR operations such as On-boarding, employment changes (e.g confirmations, promotions, terminations).
- Responsible for ensuring up to-date employee benefits and leave administration. Be the first level contact point for all employees’ queries on human resources and welfare matters.
- Content entry and maintenance of the human resources section within the internal system.
- Ensure the disbursement of salaries for employees in a Singapore company, prepare employee payroll, and coordinate with other departments.
- Accumulate and statistics on human resource data, and periodically generate corresponding reports.
- Employee daily communication and coordination and handling of special events.
- Organization of team building.
- The preparation, execution, process control, and anomaly alerts of the budget.
- Management of human resource contracts and important documents.
- Other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirement:
- At least a Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or relevant HR qualifications.
- At least 5 years work experience as a HR generalist.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Must be well organized, meticulous to details and possess good planning skills.
- Well-versed with Singapore Employment Act.
- Experience in the smart manufacturing industry or semiconductor industry.
- Experience managing a team of up to 5 people.
- Excellent execution skills and outstanding communication abilities.
- Good and proficient communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
- A strong sense of responsibility and planning and A strong awareness of law and risk control.
- Understanding and familiarity with Chinese culture.
