Job Descriptions:
- Engage with phone-in and walk in customers to with their inquiries.
- Generate and deliver quotations to business clients.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies.
- Execute marketing and promotional strategies to meet profitability targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- To perform any other ad hoc duties as and when being required
Requirements:
- With 1 year of experience in retail sales (product training will be provided).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Shows a keen interest in hardware and lighting products.
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Days: 5.5 days
