· Sets tables, places clean cutlery and crockery on the table.
· Places clean cutlery and crockery on the table as per the prescribed standards.
· Ensures that table setting is uniform and tables and chairs are cleaned before they are set.
· Assists the Supervisor/Captain in seating guests.
· Greets guests courteously with a smile.
· Presents guest with the menu and attends to their needs.
· Takes guests’ order.
