Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to manage and oversee various construction activities at the site. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Able to work for extended periods under harsh outdoor conditions, including high temperatures and noise.
- Willing to work overtime, on weekends, and public holidays, and be flexible with shift rotations as per project needs.
- Proficient in carpentry and rebar work, and skilled in operating construction equipment such as trench rammers, drills, and pneumatic hammers.
- At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with expertise in project management and the ability to assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily tasks and supervising the quality of work.
- Capable of reducing material wastage, managing site safety, and controlling costs, while ensuring all work complies with construction safety standards.
- Skills Required:
- Extensive experience in site management, with the ability to lead and guide teams effectively.
- Skilled in operating construction machinery and familiar with safety management processes.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, capable of coordinating with project managers and subcontractors
Work Location:
Local construction sites.
Work Schedule:
Shift rotations based on project requirements. Overtime and weekend work are required.
