Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the daily operations of the office, including organizing supplies, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment
- Handle general office duties, such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and greeting visitors
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and ensure all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for management and staff
- Organize and plan company events, meetings, conferences, and training sessions, ensuring all logistics are in place
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the necessary equipment, information, and access to systems
- Ensure timely payments of bills and handle expense reimbursements for employees
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for management and other departments
- Handling inquiries, complaints, and ensuring prompt resolution
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software
