Retail Manager

Must need to work on weekends and Public holidays
Assisting the store manager in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service and merchandising.
Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations.
Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews and enforcing disciplinary actions.
Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations.
Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front.
Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed.
Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services
Keeping the store fully stocked
Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Cross-sell products
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Manage returns of merchandise
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Delivering exceptional sales services for improved customer satisfaction
Interacting with customers and identifying their needs and preferences
Operating cash registers and point-of-sale machines
Receiving and verifying the quality and quantity of new shipments
Enforcing in-store security and health and safety procedures and regulations
Follow instructions and complete tasks assigned by superiors
Coach and support other team members
Hire and train new employees for the sales floor or other departments (e.g. shipping and receiving)
Maintain and monitor store inventory
Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers
Greet and assist customers as necessary when other sales associates are busy
Conduct regular audits of the store’s physical and practical condition to ensure quality
Maintain product levels appropriately
Interact with the public via social media and maintain the store’s online presence
Process sales when necessary
Generate and review daily sales report
