As the Senior Channel Sales / Business Development Manager (CCTV), you will be responsible for driving the sales of VIGI CCTV product range through the company's channel partners islandwide of Singapore and drive growth and expand our market presence in the CCTV sector.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop, execute and implement strategic business development plans and campaign to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the VIGI CCTV market.
- Cultivate, manage and maintain new and existing relationships with clients and key channel partners to drive sales of VIGI CCTV products and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify new channel opportunities through market research, networking and secure new partnerships to expand the distribution network
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new product and service opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to support the go-to-market strategy
- Analyse sales data and provide insightful reporting to the business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that promote our CCTV solutions
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Job Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in the CCTV or security technology industry
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful channel partnerships, business development, exceptional communication skills
- Deep technical understanding of CCTV systems, security technology, systems and solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate Mandarin effectively as the incumbent requires to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts for work or project related matters
