Salary: SGD3,000 – SGD3,800 (Depends on working experience)

What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
- Lead and motivate the service team, providing guidance and support during busy periods.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.
- Assist with staff training and development, focusing on excellent customer service skills.
- Manage cashier duties, reservations, and monitor stock levels of service supplies.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment in the dining area, following health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.
Requirements:
- Singaporean or PR only.
- Experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
