- Responsible for the implementation of policies, operating procedures, and upholding rules and regulations for all Spa staffs to include commissioned therapists, hourly staff, and leadership members
- Conduct payroll, employee schedules, Spa & Salon product and retail orders and maintain time keeping forms for all spa and salon
- Oversee talent development of staff and leadership members, including interviewing, training, performance evaluations, coaching and disciplinary action
- Ensure efficient daily operations of Spa center safety, staff engagement, and alignment with operational procedures, and performance standards
- Manage and monitor operational budget and Profit & Loss review ensuring favorable outcomes through efficient, cost-effective daily operation; including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services and inventory control
- Identify and proactively resolve Spa operational areas of opportunity, inefficiencies or concerns
- Maintain employee files, and ensure licenses and certifications are current
- Keep the Director informed on all pertinent information related to the department and reports irregularities and problems as they occur along with recommendations for solutions
- Maintain all departmental assets including equipment repairs and maintenance and ensures all departmental areas are maintained, clean, and organized
- Resolves all problematic occurrences including guest complaints, emergency situations, employee concerns, and payment discrepancies
- Ensure timely and professional resolution of any guest related challenges and/or concerns, and maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize all revenue opportunities
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
- Is knowledgeable in Spa services and has a passion for wellness, and selfcare
- Has a flexible schedule and ability to work various shifts possibly including weekends and holidays
- Speak Vietnamese is an advantage
