Vulnerability Management Consultant
Vulnerability Assessment:
- Conduct regular vulnerability scans and assessments using industry-standard tools.
- Analyze scan results and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk and impact.
Risk Assessment:
- Evaluate the potential impact of vulnerabilities on the organization's business operations.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and recommendations.
Patch Management:
- Coordinate and implement patch management processes to address vulnerabilities promptly.
- Ensure that patches are applied in accordance with security policies and procedures.
Vulnerability Remediation:
- Work with IT teams to remediate vulnerabilities effectively and efficiently.
- Provide guidance and support for implementing security controls.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and deliver regular vulnerability reports to stakeholders.
- Communicate security risks and recommendations clearly and concisely.
