- Manages clients’ requests & expectations in accordance to contract specifications
- Attend site meetings with clients
- Supervise & delegate cleaning team and monitor their performance
- Conduct daily briefing on safety procedures, company SOP & areas highlighted by clients
- Report incidents to immediate superior
- Plan daily work schedule & periodic cleaning
- Inspect work carried out by cleaning team
- Complete paper work submission (such as attendance, job service report, toolbox meeting briefing to immediate superior and/or HQ
- Inventory in charge – report to immediate superior
- Stock ordering & monitor stock usage
- Checking conditions of equipment, machinery
- Data analysis
- Other ad-hoc jobs as required
- Salary will commensurate with experience
