Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers through various channels to provide information about products or services, process orders, and address any concerns or complaints. This role requires a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to ensure accurate information is provided and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person to provide information about products or services, take orders, handle returns, and resolve complaints.
- Listen to customer concerns, investigate issues, and propose effective solutions to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services to deliver accurate and helpful information.
- Process customer orders, including taking orders, entering them into the system, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Utilize computer systems to access customer information, process orders, and respond to inquiries.
Requirements:
- Communication skills and understanding to effectively interact with customers.
- Ability to support overtime when necessary.
- Must maintain good attendance and have no health concerns.
- Must be accuracy-oriented and able to follow instructions closely.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Computer skills to review order statuses and input information accurately.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to $2,400 + variable bonus + overtime + AWS (Fresh grads: $1,900 basic).
- Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 5:45 pm, and 1 Saturday per month from 8:45 am to 12:45 pm.
