Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, processing sales orders, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to ensure efficient project coordination and supporting the lead manager in achieving monthly sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth processes from order to delivery.
  • Sales Order Processing: Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
  • Professionally handle a high volume of inquiries, providing effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Offer excellent support and customer service to clients.
  • Proactively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups.
  • Connect with key customer contacts as necessary for ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate projects and support the lead manager to ensure timelines and plans are adhered to.
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting relevant reports and documents for tenders.
  • Attend frequent product trainings arranged by vendors for ongoing skill development.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Exposure to computer hardware/software or maintenance contracts is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong phone presence, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Eagerness to develop consultative sales skills and contribute to team targets.
  • Enjoyment in interacting and communicating with clients and maintaining good rapport with IT Business Partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to $3,000 basic
  • Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6:30pm
  • Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore 417943
