- Position: Factory/Plant Manager
- Location: Tuas (2 minutes walk from Gul Circle MRT)
- Working Hours: 6 Days Work Week - Monday to Saturday (8am - 5pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 + Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Waste management service
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise factory staff, including preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties
- Ensure that all staff receive appropriate training on job duties, corporate policies, and applicable regulations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
- Oversee factory worker activities
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that products meet established standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the factory
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' work experience as a factory/plant manager
- Possess leadership skills and has the ability to motivate a team of workers
- Experienced in implementing workplace Safety & Environmental regulations
