- Position: Admin Assistant
- Location: Paya Lebar Quarter
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,800 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Perform general admin duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing
- Assist in office administration, documentation, and issuing of PO
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
- Minimum 'O' Level and 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
