Join us and play an integral role in shaping young minds and enhancing family support through hands-on teaching and developmental support.

Join a team dedicated to empowering children with diverse needs, including those with mild autism, speech, and language delays. Work alongside in-house therapists and a close-knit team to deliver engaging, individualized education plans (IEPs) in small class settings with a focus on family-centered care.

What We Offer:

  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and mentorship in special education techniques.
  • A Balanced Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Take advantage of a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Location: Changi Road (nearest MRT: Eunos)

What You Can Expect:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Individualized Learning Support: Implement and adapt IEPs tailored to each student's unique needs. Engage actively with students through personalized learning activities.
  • Dynamic Classroom Leadership: Lead a vibrant, inclusive classroom using flexible teaching strategies and technology suited for varied learning styles and needs.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor academic, social, and behavioral progress for students, making real-time adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborative Development: Partner with therapists and fellow educators to integrate therapeutic goals into the learning experience, supporting holistic development.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in professional development to enhance your expertise in special education.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
  • A hands-on, adaptable approach to supporting diverse learning needs in a classroom setting.
