- Position: Quantity Surveyor Executive
- Location: Ubi
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday (9am - 6.30pm), Friday (9am-6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantity take off, price, forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities
- Prepare forecast for monthly subcontractors payments
- Liaise with the client and data entry of project expenses into system
- Document progress claims, materials, and reports on project
- Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- At least Diploma holder and 3 years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years of experience in the Interior Design industry preferred
