Job Description and Requirements:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses
- Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them
- Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics
- Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase
- Advising product developers on improvements to include in forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure
- Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
- Monitor competitor landscape and customer demand to provide market intelligence for sales strategy development.
- Work with others to increase the number of potential clients
- Initiate working-level relationships with sales networks and leads to support sales objectives.
