The role:
· Support the FOH with customer relationships and order management.
· Providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for walk-in customers.
· Assist in managing orders from guests and corporate via email, Instagram, WhatsApp and telephone.
· Assist in preparation for deliveries
· Schedule drivers for deliveries
· Handle administrative matters related to daily operations of the business
· After sales follow up with customers and feedback for improvement.
· Assist on any ad-hoc tasks/projects
