Join us in a pivotal role as Centre Supervisor, where you’ll manage and enhance special needs programs, fostering a supportive and structured environment for individuals aged 3 to 30. This role combines program operations, staff leadership, and student engagement to ensure a high-quality educational experience for every participant.

What You Can Expect:

Location: Changi Road (Nearest MRT Station: Eunos)
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Mondays to Fridays

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily centre operations, including class scheduling, staff deployment, and student attendance tracking (including SCFA scheme support).
  • Coordinate student arrivals and pickups, ensuring all safety protocols are in place.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive learning environment.

Staff Supervision & Mentoring

  • Mentor and support educators through lesson plan reviews, teaching evaluations, and professional development.
  • Deploy staff effectively across programs to ensure adequate coverage and support.
  • Conduct regular onboarding and performance reviews for new hires.

Student & Parent Engagement

  • Communicate with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and behavioral matters.
  • Participate in student-parent meetings to address academic and developmental milestones.

Program Development & Enrichment

  • Organize volunteer programs, CSR activities, holiday programs, and workshops, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and updated.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance programming and provide diverse learning opportunities.

Administrative Duties

  • Lead enrollment interviews and implement strategies to increase student enrollment.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop social media content, boosting centre visibility.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in program or staff management within educational or special needs settings.
  • Education: Polytechnic Diploma or higher in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Skills:Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage daily centre operations.
    Effective communicator to build relationships with parents, staff, and external partners.
    Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • Certifications: First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Additional behavioral management training is advantageous.
