Job Description

At My Queen, we believe that every woman deserves the royal treatment after childbirth. As a Healthcare Assistant at My Queen, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to mothers and new-born infants during their stay with us.

Job Responsibilities:

Baby care duties include:

  • Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers
  • Assist in feeding of babies
  • Taking note of babies’ temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behaviour, and/or other necessary information
  • Monitoring of babies’ growing progress
  • Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements
  • Ensure Baby Safety
  • Umbilical Care
  • Oral and Eye Care
  • Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Mummy Care Duties Include:

  • Monitoring of Mummies' recovery progress
  • Guiding mummies in breastfeeding
  • Guiding mummies in baby care techniques
  • Assist mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions
  • Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Working Hours

  • 2 x Morning shifts (preferably 1 weekend and 1 weekday)
  • 11 hours each shift (8am to 830pm inclusive of 1.5 break time)

Location

  • Located within Oasia Hotel, Sentosa (Right beside Imbiah Station)

Salary

From $120 per shift onwards

  • Subjected to experience / qualifications
  • Higher hourly rates for Weekends & Public Holidays

Additional Information:

  • Basic training will be provided
  • Lunch and dinner are provided
  • Uniform provided
  • Increment of salary according to length of service

Job Requirements

  • Singaporean and PRs only
  • Strong mindset to remain calm and patient
  • Physically fit to carry out daily tasks of carrying infants, and standing for long hours.
  • Relevant experience would be good
  • Preferably able to commit twice a week
  • Preferably able to work on Weekends & Public Holidays
