Job Scope (L2 Infra Support Engineer):
- Administer and configure infrastructure systems (e.g., Active Directory, data centers, telephony, video conferencing) and network devices (firewalls, routers, VPNs).
- Monitor system resources, ensure backups and disaster recovery plans are effective, and apply necessary patches.
- Provide technical support to local and overseas users while ensuring security.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Draft and maintain technical documentation (admin guides, user guides).
- Lead or assist in IT projects, and provide L1/L2 support.
Job Scope (L1 Desktop Support Engineer):
- Providing day-to-day Level-1 IT support to both local and remote users.
- Deploying and troubleshooting various devices including PC, laptop, copier, printer, smartphone, and IT peripherals like projectors and video conferencing equipment.
Requirements:
- Candidates with related experience in IT Infrastructure technical support experience will have added advantage.
